After the Stratus Investment Fund joined BBM, he became a member of the Board of Directors. He is also part of the Board of Executives of Setcepar, the Employers’ Union of Freight Transport Companies, currently serving as President of the entity. |

Mr. Marcelo Milliet has more than 40 years of professional experience, having held positions such as CEO and CFO in Brazilian and multinational companies with commercial interests across various market segments in Latin America and North America, Europe, the Middle East, and Asia. Marcelo has participated in several restructuring projects, including Grupo Matarazzo, Grupo Dadalto (retail and financial sectors), Cia. Albertina Industrial e Mercantil, Cotia (trade), Grupo Isolux Brasil (infrastructure), Eternit (fiber‑cement roofing panels), Grupo Libra (ports and infrastructure), Renova Energia (renewable energy), Paranapanema (copper metallurgy), and Oi S.A. (telecom/IT). Mr. Milliet served as Interim Manager in the Judicial Reorganization processes of Renova Energia S.A., Paranapanema S.A., Oi S.A. (CEO & Investor Relations Officer – Statutory), and Cia. Albertina Industrial e Mercantil. He was a member of the Executive Committee of HBO Latin America, a Board Member of Fermenta Produtos Químicos Amalia S.A., and a member of the Advisory Board of Trificel Indústria e Comércio (a Matarazzo/Hoechst joint venture). He also served as Executive and Advisory Board Member of A2Z Assessoria em Recursos Humanos, and as an Advisory Board Member of Norsal – Norte Salineira S.A. Indústria e Comércio and Greenwood Indústria e Comércio Ltda. He was Senior Executive Vice President (CEO) and Statutory Executive of Grupo Matarazzo, Executive of HBO Brasil Partners, CEO, Senior Executive, Vice President, and CFO of Grupo Traffic Marketing Esportivo, and Executive of New Business at CIE Brasil/T4F. Additionally, he served as Vice President of ABICS (Brazilian Association of Soluble Coffee Industries) and as a member of the CNC (National Coffee Council). Mr. Eduardo Orfão has over 30 years of experience in the financial area, with solid knowledge in Finance, Controllership, Accounting, and Auditing, as well as in restructuring and general management of business units. As an executive, he began his career at Price Waterhouse, and as an executive at Metal Leve, Microlite, and several logistics companies such as Universal Armazéns Alfandegados, Grupo Granero, Metropolitan, Grupo VCI, EGA Solutions, and Elo Logística. Additionally, he has academic experience as a University Professor in both Postgraduate and graduate courses for 30 years in the subjects of Finance, Controllership, Accounting, and Auditing. |
